Invitation From Our Guest:

We invite you to drop a pebble to begin a ripple of change. By dropping small pebbles and encouraging others to do the same, we can turn ripples into waves, and transform the culture of an organization such that each individual feels they belong – able to achieve their personal goals and aspirations while the organization succeeds as well. Our book provides the daily practices (the small pebbles) for inclusive leaders to lead the change they seek.
